Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship all of our products from our main facility in Totowa, New Jersey.

Q: Do you accept orders from customers outside the United States?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q: Which Payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You also have the option of checking out with PayPal.

Q: How secure is my personal information?
A: The Harvey Prince checkout process is fully protected by the latest SSL technology. Furthermore, all credit card information is processed directly and never stored in our database. Don’t worry, we will not be selling your information.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Once an order is placed, it is typically shipped within 24 hours. To cancel or modify an order, contact us via email or telephone during our normal business hours.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Shortly after you’ve placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email containing an USPS tracking number.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders being delivered to the US typically arrive within 3-5 business days. “UPS Next Day” method arrives within 24 hours once the order is shipped. Orders placed Monday-Friday are shipped either the same or next business day. Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days.

Q: Why have the shipping charges changed?
A: We have switched to faster and more reliable shipping methods for you convenience.

Q: How can I return something I purchased?
A: Harvey Prince offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund within 14 days from the day the item is delivered. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Note: Gift Sets, travel sets, samples, and clearance items are FINAL-SALE. We do not offer return labels or RMA #’s. Please ship your product(s) back to: Harvey Prince Returns. 165 State Street Suite A, Hackensack NJ 07601. Be sure to include your order # somewhere inside the box with your reason for return or exchange. Note: We will ship an exchange free of charge one time. After an exchange is made, the entire sale will be considered final.

Q: What are the delivery options?
A: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items. Business days are limited to M-F 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Harvey Prince fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day. Holidays observed include:

January – New Year’s Day
May – Memorial Day
July – Independence Day
September – Labor Day
November – Thanksgiving
December – Christmas Day
